If you’re thinking about buying from me please read this page, but don’t hesitate to contact me at the email address below if you have any other questions, need some help or if you’re trying to source a particular item.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Where appropriate to pack items together I adjust combined shipping. There’s no set discount, I just give you the best deal for your particular purchases!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: I’ll happily ship anywhere in the world. Please email me if you want to double-check your costs, or if I haven’t shown your destination.
Used items are generally duty-free but I am not responsible for any customs payments.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: I offer exceptionally good value for money and a very high standard of service, and make a small charge which is INCLUDED in the postage costs stated. Excess will be refunded if I mistakenly grossly miscalculate costs!
Q: What about insurance?
A: If you would like your item insured/signed-for please email for appropriate cost.
Q: When can I expect my purchase to arrive?
A: As you see from my eBay feedback I ship very promptly within three days of payment and I notify you when your parcel is dispatched. Overseas shipping sometimes takes longer than expected. If you need your item urgently, email me and I’ll do my best to send same or next day
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: If you need to return an item please email me within 24 hours of receipt.
Return in the condition in which sent within 14 days for full purchase price refund (not return postage unless grossly mis-described or damaged in transit). I pack exceptionally carefully and rarely get damages, but email immediately if an item is damaged in the post, and keep the packaging.
Q: Are the colours shown accurate?
A: Colours do vary from monitor to monitor and if accurate colour is vital, please email me to discuss. I try to describe the colour and photograph as closely as poss, but one woman’s taupe could well be another woman’s mushroom!
Q: Will you take an offer to end an eBay auction early?
A: As I have so many regular buyers I prefer to let the item run it’s specified time. I never remove a listing if prior bids are placed. If you have a specific request then do email me.
Q: You request payment within 7 days but I’m on holiday until after the payment deadline.
A: If you think payment will be delayed just email me. If I know what’s happening, I’m quite happy to hold an item for you.
Q: I’m a first time buyer
A: With infinite patience, I understand how nerve-wracking it can be! I keep you informed every step of the way. Contact me if there are any delays at your end. Please make certain that you have correct Overseas shipping costs before buying.
Q: I missed buying an item I wanted!
A: Please email me straight away- if the item didn’t sell I can re-list with a buy-it-now price just for you, and if it did sell there’s always a chance the sale might not be completed.

I always try to describe accurately and honestly noting any flaws that I feel are detrimental but most of these lovely pieces are Vintage or Antique and have been pre-owned and used.
Good vintage condition does not mean brand new.
